Every feature, for the whole household.

Filing, answers, the parenting calendar, and the people in your life. Here is what the Family edition does today.

Drop it in. Atlora files it.

Life areas that match your life

Home, Vehicles, Health, Finances, Insurance & Warranties, Real Estate, Parenting, Tax, and more. Every record has a place.

Add without choosing first

Drop a file on Add and Atlora proposes the life area, the kind of record, and who it is about. Nothing is filed until you confirm.

Details read for you

Policy numbers, renewal dates, and names come off the document for you to confirm. An EIN you always type yourself.

No accidental second copies

If the same file is already on file, Atlora tells you first. View the existing one, attach anyway, or cancel.

Review now or later

An uploaded item stays a draft until you review it. Choose Review later and it waits in the Home review queue.

Names that keep themselves right

Items are named from their own details, so fixing an insurer or a spelling renames everything at once. Add a nickname when you want one.

Ask your records a question.

Chat answers only from what is filed in the area you pick, and shows the source for every claim.

An answer from your documents, with the source attached.

Pick a life area, a person, or one record. Atlora answers from what is filed there and cites the passage. If nothing covers it, it says so and names the document that would.

  • When does our home insurance renew?
  • What is the deductible on the lake house policy?
  • Who has the kids on Thanksgiving?

Everything, in one question

Ask what is expiring, what is in an area, or what your homes are worth. The answer is a card of real records, each linking to its page.

Linked records widen the scope

A warranty that covers an appliance, or a policy tied to a home, can answer inside each other's chat. Health and Parenting never cross into another scope.

Schedule answers computed, not guessed

Who has which day comes from your confirmed rules, the same way the calendar is built. The AI explains the result and cites the page each rule came from.

The parenting plan, as a calendar.

Atlora reads the rules in a custody order or decree and turns them into a schedule you can check, sync, and change.

Rules in plain English

Each rule from your order becomes a statement you confirm, edit, or flag. Only settled rules reach the calendar and chat.

Possession as continuous bands

Each parent's stretch runs across the days as one shape. A time badge marks the handoff, tinted to the receiving parent.

Sync to the calendar you already use

Push the schedule to Google Calendar, Outlook, or any CalDAV server such as iCloud or Fastmail.

Nothing changes behind your back

Schedule changes wait as proposals until you approve them. Approve and sync in one step.

Record a change, or a swap

Log a one-off change from the handoff badge, and group related changes into a swap.

Reminders and school days in view

Reminders, item renewals, and school-term first and last days appear as chips on the day they land.

The people in your records.

Household members, contacts, the names a document mentions, and the people you share with, each handled without guessing.

Members from an identity document

Upload a birth certificate, passport, or license and Atlora reads the name and birthdate. It never copies the document number into your records.

Contacts, without duplicates

Doctors, landlords, and companies live in Contacts. A close name match is flagged before a second record is created, and duplicates can be merged.

People named in a document

The agent on a power of attorney or the provider on a medical record appears as a row you can check. Nothing is linked until you confirm.

Share parts of the household

Give a spouse, an adult child, a caregiver, or your accountant their own read-only sign-in to the areas you choose, with an optional last day. Remove access at any time.

Keep the household in order.

Who does what, what is still waiting, and a copy of everything to take with you.

Hand off a reminder

Assign a reminder to someone who can see the record. They accept or decline it in Your actions, and can close it with a written answer or a document as proof.

One list of what is waiting

Household review collects home insurance renewals with no review recorded and the reminders assigned to someone, each with the next step.

Search the whole household

Find records, people, and files as you type. Search inside your documents, or hand the search to Ask Atlora in one click.

Forward documents by email

Forward an email to your personal household address. Each attachment goes to the same review as Add, and Atlora keeps only the attachments.

A tax-year packet for your accountant

Download the year's returns and forms as one packet with a checklist of the papers you expect. Track when you sent it and when the work came back.

A household archive you keep

Owners and admins can download every record and file, earlier versions included, as an archive that opens without Atlora or an internet connection.

More with Family Plus.

Family Plus adds document version history, home insurance renewal review, and exact duplicate review.

Keep earlier versions

Replace a file and keep the previous copy in its version history. View, download, or restore an earlier version; your current file stays in place until the replacement is ready.

Review a home insurance renewal

Replace the policy with its renewal and compare the two versions side by side, each value with its source passage. Ask a question across both, add follow-ups, and record what you decided.

Find duplicate files

Review exact copies from Household items. Choose which copy to keep, or keep both. Private health records are compared only within their member's scope.
